Products & Pricing
Roxey sells cat collars and dog collars through our online store. We make reasonable efforts to keep product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or display differences may occur.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, limit available quantities, modify or remove products, and decline orders that appear suspicious or contain pricing errors. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Placing an Order
When you submit an order, you confirm that the billing, shipping, and contact details you provide are accurate. Orders may be reviewed and, in some cases, canceled or limited due to inventory availability, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.
Roxey accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its payment method. No payment card data is stored on our systems.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Shipments are handled through FedEx, with a typical transit time of 4–6 business days and an estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days from the purchase date. A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all orders.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by carrier operations, weather, or other factors outside our control may occasionally affect arrival times. Tracking information is provided after shipment.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided items are in new and unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase included.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of inspection. A $5.00 restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges are also accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing or shipment preparation has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel the order. In that case, the item may qualify for return after delivery.
Website Content Ownership
All content on the Roxey website — including logos, product images, graphics, text, and design elements — is the property of Roxey unless otherwise noted. Copying, reproducing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is not allowed.
Accuracy & Corrections
