Overview
At Roxey, we're committed to getting your order to you in a timely and reliable manner. This page covers everything you need to know about shipping costs, processing times, delivery estimates, and how to get help if something comes up with your shipment.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Cost
A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all orders. This amount is added at checkout, and all prices on our store are displayed in US Dollars.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it for shipment within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If you place your order before 5:00 PM (EST) on a business day, it will typically be reviewed for same-day processing. Orders submitted after that cutoff, or over the weekend, will generally begin processing the next available business day.
During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your package leaves our facility, transit typically takes 4–6 business days. From the date of purchase, most customers receive their orders within 5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide. Occasional delays caused by carrier operations, weather conditions, or regional circumstances are outside our control and may affect arrival times.
Shipment Tracking
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details sent to the address used at checkout. It may take a short period for tracking activity to update after the notification is sent.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Roxey is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout. If you catch an error right after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has moved into processing or been handed off to FedEx, we may no longer be able to make changes. If that's the case, the item may still be eligible for return after delivery per our Return & Refund Policy.
Delayed or Missing Packages
While we work closely with FedEx to keep deliveries on track, occasional delays do happen. If your package appears delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to our support team and we'll assist with tracking and carrier coordination.
Taxes & Duties
For domestic US orders, no additional import duties or taxes are charged upon delivery. The total shown at checkout is what you pay.
