Products & Ordering
What does Roxey sell? We specialize in cat collars and dog collars. Our collection is designed with everyday comfort, durability, and practicality in mind.
How do I place an order? Browse our store, select the collar you'd like, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your order. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), so no payment is required upfront — you pay when your order arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, but only within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may have already moved into processing and changes may no longer be possible. Contact us as early as possible if you need to make a modification.
Shipping
Which locations do you ship to? We ship within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost? All orders carry a flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD, shown clearly before you complete checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive? Here's a general breakdown of our delivery timeline:

- Shipping Transit: 4–6 business days
- Estimated Delivery Window: 5–8 business days from purchase
These are estimates. Occasional delays due to carrier operations, weather, or holidays may affect delivery times.
Which shipping carrier do you use? All orders are shipped through FedEx.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details sent to the address used at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Products must be unused, in new condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Is there a restocking fee? A $5.00 restocking fee may be deducted from approved refunds.
How long does it take to receive a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the amount appears in your account.
Do you accept exchanges? Yes. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. Contact our support team to begin the process.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? Roxey currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time your order is delivered.
